![]() The game is also a bit buggy and unpolished. It's just overall lacking in any sort of depth. For example, the progression is limited to just gaining experience for some battles (but not others), no real abilities gained aside from about 3-4 (1 heal, 1 summon, and 1 magic attack total between two characters, in addition to basic attack), no real loot (there's actually not much at all in the way of an inventory), and battles are pretty basic. However, I found the gameplay very basic. Have to say that the premise of evolving game tech is interesting, and the story is entertaining and has throwbacks to other popular games. I know that the fault is also on Steam OS side.I just played this game last week, after getting it a while back on a previous sale. I think it is a good game to play on a Steam Deck and it's a shame that we can't change language on this device. ![]() Is a language selection (in Steam game parameters or in-game) planned? I know that there are some manners to install another languages, but it seems complicated for me and I don't want to risk to "break" the OS. The problem is that there is not, at the moment, another system language than english available for the Steam OS on Steam Deck. I read that the only way to do is to change the system language (I imagine some other games works like this too). I tried to find some game's config files, but I found nothing. I want to play Evoland Legendary edition on my Steam Deck, in french. I know there are already many topics about language selection (sign that it is a real problem for players), but I think none is about the Steam Deck.
